How It works

  • Vacations rentals make up 80% of our business so we are excited to work with you. Also please check our our "Concierge Services" Page for additional vacation rental services.


  • We would love to meet with you at your property to give you a chance to get to know us a little and for us to evaluate the property to give you an accurate price.

  • We will sit down and go over a list of duties and add or subtract to customize the list for your property. Clear expectations are a good thing for both the housekeepers and for the peace of mind of our owners. We are happy to make reasonable adjustments to the list. Once we start to clean the property, that list will be printed, laminated, and posted so that the housekeeper may refer to it often.

  • We commit to accomplish "Turns" (When a guest checks out and another one checks in on the same day) between the times of 11AM and 4PM.

  • If a cleaning is not a turn we commit to clean it same day or next day. On non "Turn" days, we endeavor to do an extra project such as baseboards, washing curtains, doing blinds, etc, with the goal of keeping your vacation rental feeling like it just got a 'spring clean'.

  • As soon as your property is 'Guest Ready', we send you a text message so that you have the option of inviting the guests to check in early if you so wish.

  • One housekeeper from our team is assigned to your rental as the primary cleaner. There will also be a backup cleaner assigned. The purpose of this is so that the housekeeper is familiar with your property and can clean efficiently while also being able to notice if a guest has taken or broken an household item so they can report it as soon as possible.

  • While we do not take a detailed inventory of supplies every time, when we begin to run low on supplies, we include a list of those things in the text sent to Owners after each cleaning.

  • The company Owner/Head Housekeeper makes sure to be familiar with every property and not only cleans each property occasionally to stay up to date with it, but also spot checks at random intervals after the housekeepers to make sure that the high standards of cleaning that we are known for are being adhered to.

  • If you are just starting out with Airbnb or VRBO etc, we can offer helpful suggestions on how to set yourself up for success.


Current Covid-19 Protocols

We are very serious about keeping our housekeepers and guests as safe as possible from the Covid-19 pandemic. Below are some of the ways we have adapted to that end.


  • Any non-vaccinated housekeepers clean wearing masks

  • We clean wearing disposable gloves

  • We clean with CDC approved Corona Virus killing chemicals

  • The first thing we do when entering a property is to air it out and spray and wipe down every door handle, light switch, and commonly touched surfaces that we might not normally think about touching

  • If a guest or owner arrives while we are present we maintain 6ft social distancing from that person and put a mask on- vaccinated or not.

  • To the extent possible, we clean with either disposable items or have specific supplies dedicated to specific purposes so as to avoid cross contamination.

  • If any housekeeper is feeling under the weather, we are very conscientious about not putting others at risk, so the cleaning would be covered by another housekeeper.

We work hard to keep ourselves and those we serve safe. Thank you for understanding and supporting this effort.

Pricing

We like to be very transparent about our pricing. This is not high pressure sales or gouging. We acknowledge that we may be more expensive or less expensive than others in the area, but we encourage you to take into account the peace of mind that comes from knowing that this part of your vacation rental is taken care of and not something that you have to check on or worry about- especially if you live a distance away from the home you are renting out. That trust is a trust we earn with each and every cleaning that we do.

Basic Pricing Guidelines

-$25/Bedroom $25/Bathroom

-Additional pricing may be added depending on

  • Travel Distance

  • Additional services required (taking trash, caring for a hot tub, extra living areas, etc.)

Rarely would you be invoiced more than the agreed upon price, however it is warranted from time to time.

ie. One rental had a water balloon fight in the gravel driveway and the housekeeper had to spend over an hour picking little pieces of balloons out of the rocks. Something like this would require a small amount of extra compensation. We would let you know ASAP if this was the case so that you would have the option to pass that cost on to the guest.
