Do you want to be able to get paid from your second home but don't want to go through the trouble of:

Separate services that we offer to help alleviate some of the frustrations of managing your vacation rental:

Full Concierge Service

We take care of running your short term rental pages, communicating with all guests, dealing with damage and issues that may arise during or after a guest stay, supplying items to your rental (such as toilet paper, paper towels, sheets, towels, etc), and dealing with regular maintenance things (such as pest control, carpet cleaning, broken appliances). We would also collect deposits and payments from the guests, pay out for supplies, maintenance and cleaning, and simply send you a check for your profit each month with a full statement of expenses. Pricing for this would be on a percentage basis.

Supply Service

If you just want someone to take the responsibility of supplying the cabin with essentials such as toilet paper, soap, towels, sheets and so on, we offer to care for that for a modest fee. Choose from two options:


On Call Service

If you just want the peace of mind of knowing that someone is close by to handle anything that might require running out to the cabin in a timely fashion, we would be happy to be on call for your cabin. Scenarios where this would be useful for instance would be in the event of a power outage where your guests are fearful and need some independent light sources delivered. Another scenario is if the guest is unable to operate a piece of technology that is malfunctioning such as a spa thermostat, a direct tv box, a Roku, or a wireless router. Often times it is far more cost effective to have someone handy on call than to have to jump directly to calling a repairman for something simple. 

This service also includes caring for supply needs by performing a monthly inventory count on all consumables and purchasing up to stock levels.

The charge for this service is 10% of the nightly rate for each booking.

Properties currently being serviced as of 11/30/20 are subject to the agreements made between Partners in Grime and the Owner/Property Manager and are not subject to the prices above.
